Mo Ally

Mo is a dynamic Marketing/Management Executive with over 35 years of outstanding accomplishments in sales, management and marketing. He is a life-long cricket aficionado with domestic and international playing experience.

For the past 10 years, Mo has developed and implemented projects to spotlight cricket in the United States. A founding Member and Fundraising Chairman for United States Cricket Federation, the Former

South Florida Cricket Association Vice President, the Past Captain of Cavalier Cricket Club of South Florida, the Former Captain of Executive Cricket Club of South Florida and the Team Manager and Captain of Caribbean Masters of Florida which has attended the past 4 Golden Oldies Festivals in New Zealand, Australia, British Columbia and Sri Lanka.

He co-founded American Cricket Promotion to promote the sport of cricket throughout the United States and the Caribbean. He conceptualized and developed the first “Legends Weekend” honoring former test cricketers by recruiting 22 test players to play friendly matches at Brian Piccolo Park in Cooper City, Florida. His responsibilities included event logistics, promotions, opening reception, gala finale, cricket matches, media campaign, merchandise, concessions, travel arrangements and volunteer management. American Cricket Promotion also developed event magazines to promote Legends Weekend which was the beginnings of American Cricketer Magazine.

As an avid golfer, tennis player and cricketer, Mo has played on numerous courses, courts and grounds throughout the world. Son, Steve lives in Virginia and has followed in his father’s entrepreneurial foot steps as President/Owner of Ally Cat Construction. Mo resides with his wife, Deborah, in Country Club of Miami.

Deborah Ally

Deborah is an Executive Manager with 20 years of outstanding accomplishments in Marketing and Finance. Projects include various community activities and extensive travel nationally and internationally.

For the past 13 years, Deborah has hosted and produced South Florida Voices a weekly television program that airs on the CW Network - CWSFL TV every Sunday morning. This community affairs program features international, national and local individuals who are making an

impact on the South Florida community. Guests have included President Cheddi Jagan of Guyana, South America, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Footy of Y-100, Tuskegee Airmen Leo Gray and Eldridge Williams and Senator Kendrick Meeks.

Formerly the Director of Marketing and Development for Care Resource, South Florida’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS not-for-profit organization. In this role her responsibilities include the creation and implementation of Care Resource’s media and marketing campaign that educated the community on its programs and services. In addition she is also responsible for producing the agency’s fundraisers AIDS Walk Miami and White Party Week, which grosses annually $1,000,000 in unrestricted funds that support the agency programs that serve African Americans, Hispanics, women and the youth of South Florida. Celebrity guests have included Rosie Perez, Gossip Columnist Ted Casablanca, Melissa Rivers, Ms USA, Ms Universe, Yoko Ono, Jeanie Tracey and Lorna Luft.

As a member of the Dade County Chapter of the Links, she served as the Treasurer, Health & Wellness Chair and Audit Committee Chair. A seasoned traveler, she’s visited 11 countries (South America, Central America, the Caribbean, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, India and Singapore) and has traveled throughout the United States. Deborah and her husband Mo currently reside in the Country Club of Miami where listening to music and entertaining are their favorite past time.
