Productions Specification
Ads supplied must be proper digital format as stated below. All digital files must be accompanied with color proofs to size. Graphic Design services are available for an additional fee.
Bleeds: Include 1/8" bleed outside of trim size area.
Electronic Files:
All electronic files must be supplied as high resolution files (300 dpi).
All ads supplied must include fonts and high resolution images.
Format: Ads must be supplied in the following formats:
1. High Resolution PDF with fonts imbedded
2. Quark Xpress
3. Adobe In Design
4. High Resolution (300 dpi) jpeg or tiff
Color:
Ads must be supplied as 4 color process. Any spot colors must be converted to 4/c process prior to submitting ad.
